No way! Who wants to lug a mat around all day? Not us! At Frame all mats and equipment are provided for you unless specified. *Please note we will not be providing Boxing Gloves during this time.
However, if you would feel more comfortable with your own mat or any other equipment during these times then please do bring them with you to studio.
The huge majority of our LIVESTREAM classes have been designed so that you can do without any equipment or get creative with some household items. Merlot dumbbells and Le Creuset kettlebells anyone? Due to popular demand we have added some equipment specific classes. You can purchase these at the FRAME Shop.
