What if I'm running late to a class?

We operate a policy that prevents you from taking part in an in-studio class if you are more than 5 minutes late*. This policy is in place to prevent injury and to be mindful of the teacher and other participants in the class. We will of course try to find a space for you in the next class running if there is space, but this is down to the Front of House teams discretion.
In line with our cancellation policy, you will not be refunded for any classes you are unable to attend because you are late.
We also operate a five minute late policy on all our LIVESTREAM classes too, this is too ensure no Framers miss the warm up.

*Due to COVID 19 we are not allowing anyone late into any classes even if within the five minute timeframe this is to adhere to our extensive safety procedures.
